I think they're more a personal style thing than a trend now, so I guess in a way, classic! Yes, Lisap has one, and I think this is still a motif that Una and others enjoy too.
I got a Skull Cashmere dress on a great discount at Nordstrom Rack (and I NEVER like sweater dresses on me) a couple of months ago, obviously off-season, and I'm anxiously awaiting cold weather to wear it. The skull motif on that is really small and discreet though, which is more my thing.
