Where are good places to find skinny jeans? I can't seam to find them in department stores any more and I am not sure where to look for them.

I don't know if you're willing to buy jeans online, but there you can find plenty of them, on sale as well, since the wide-legged ones are newer. For example, I like this pair on Bluefly:

I also saw a nice J brand pair at my local TJMaxx few days ago, so discount stores of that type might be worth of a try.

I have had luck at Nordstrom's BP dept. They are so much cheaper there. I also have had luck at Mango and i know that my sister ( who is about a size 8) has found some great skinnies at Lucky. hope that helps.

Have you tried Levis? I wasn't too sure about them until a friend reccomended that I try levi's right before Christmas. They have a really good selection of skinny jeans, and they aren't going to break the bank. The bonus is that they fit FANTASTIC. Like a dream. Love it.

Depends how skinny you want to go. I wanted a pair of ultra skinny jeans to tuck into boots, but since I would never wear them otherwise, I didn't wan to spend a lot. I got them for cheap at H&M. I also found some nice "skinny" jeans that are actually more like slim-cut straight jeans at Banana Republic that I can't tuck into boots but I can wear with flats. I don't think they stock them anymore, but I know they had similar ones at Nordstrom.

I bought a pair of Diva Skinny jeans at Old Navy this weekend for $29. Talk about affordable! They are pretty darn skinny. The rise is really low.

Hey, what do you all think about skinnies on men? I'm not sure if they are called skinnies when men wear them, actually. What's your personal opinion though? And do any of the men in your life wear them?

Personally, I'm not a big fan...but it does take me a while to adjust my eye to something new. My husband doesn't like them. My 20 something year old nephew wore some really tight ones to a family Christmas party. They made his overall size appear too small--like a 10 year old boy. He lives in NYC though, so I'm sure being in such an urban setting has a lot to do with his willingness to wear them. I live outside Boston, and you don't really see too many men wearing them outside the city.

I love a straight, sleek, slim leg with a narrow -ish foot opening on a slim bloke (Hugo Boss or Armani style) and these are the style jeans I like best on my husband. But ultra tapered skinnies should be left to the Chris Cornels and Eddie Vedders of this world to pull off with style. Either that or today’s teenyboppers can experiment with them.

I don't like those skin tight art school jeans some guys wear (I call them that because I have gone to two art schools where the boys seem to be smaller than me and wear tighter clothing as well). My ex-boyfriend who had a 29 inch waist would have probably benefited from a slimmer cut, though. He looked like he was swimming in fabric sometimes.

Lucky has a lot of skinnies and straights. Their Lola cut is considered skinny, and I am a huge fan of the Sundown Straights. I have 2 pair of those.

My favorite skinny jeans I'm wearing lately are Levi's 510 super skinnies in the rigid wash. I noticed them in the men's department at Urban Outfitters and was delighted to find that they fit me in all the right places!....and only $49.00! Great for tucking into boots. Many skinny jeans are too low waisted for me...and these come up quite high on my hips.

My favorite skinny jeans are from the gap. They have a darker vintage look to them and the fit is great. They come in longer lengths too which was a must for me!
