Wow Inge! This is some selection! Thank you so much for putting all this incredible effort into this! You are too sweet.

I have picked my favorites:

I like the purple one too! I will certainly be getting one or two from this list next month, just have to figure out which i want the most Thank you so much once again!

Tanya, one tip regarding the mustard patent one from J Crew: It looks super on the photo. However, when I recently went to check out a wide belt at J Crew the color of which was exactly like this one, it wasn't what I'd call "mustard" at all. The color they use on the website is "buttercup" (for both this skinny belt and the wide one I looked at), though I wouldn't really use that term to describe the actual color of the belt, either. It was a pretty "out there" kind of yellow, hard to describe; I personally didn't like it very much, and it didn't match my expectation after having seen it online. Just something to be aware of in case you were considering ordering online.

If you do find a great mustard colored belt, pleeze let me know; I'm on the lookout for one myself (wide, skinny or double/wraparound). I like mustard as a color but it looks awful on me in a top, so I'm looking to incorporate it into my outfit through a belt in some other smaller way.

Oh Dani, the mustard one you found is the perfect color indeed! Are you getting it? I love it but it's slightly too thick for what I want- a really skinny one.

You're welcome Tanya, I'm glad you liked them. Good thing Antje could warn you about the J. Crew mustard one, and Dani found some cute ones too.

I've suddenly developed a renewed interest in belts: they really can add extra flair to an outfit. I think I haven't worn one in over 15 years. Not because I hate the look, no I love it actually, but I just feel I look strange in them (even in belted coats). I can't put my finger on it, but something always seems off (wide belts, skinny belts, it doesn't matter, the only 'belt' that looked good was the one on my wrap dress this Summer).

Maybe it's time to try again, go out and experiment;-)
