I have sweaters in 2 sizes from J Crew and I take the larger of my sizes in the cashmere T. I find the fit similar to that of the Tippi sweaters, if you have any of those.

Yes, I tend to go for S instead of XS for a more fluid fit in these. The fit is similar to the Tippi.
