So my physical therapist recommended an exercise ball for me. I swear the one I used there was 85 cm. So I ordered the 85 cm one from Amazon, even though it was recommended for people over 6' 5". I figured I was doing specific stuff so I needed that size.
And voila! After one hour of foot pumping
