Size Exchanges after NAS

As usual I have trouble getting sizing right. Since deliveries have been slow, and also I have preset a few alternative items after some things did not work, I may still need a different size of some yet- to- be delivered items.

Can one work with SA to do a size Exchange after the sale, at the sale price? Never have tried that before so don’t know.

My SA did that for me last year. I think it's ok to do if the sizes are close

Yes UF, even without the SA. I would not return the wrong size until I got the other one although I have been told that you can. Keep an eye on the original points for your purchase, if you are exchanging a size on a 10 point per dollar item from the first days of NAS you will need to order the new item through the online so that they credit your points to the new size. They will not do that unless you specifically call them with the request and they need to be the ones who place the order for you.

I'm almost positive you can do it online, as that's all I've ever done. You may need to call back and try another agent if the first won't do it. Nordstrom knows that things pop in and out of stock and that deliveries weren't always made before the end of sale. I think exchanging a size in those cases is very reasonable.
