On vacation!
We've got 10 days to spend in northwestern Michigan. The first few days, it's just my immediate family, so everything is relaxed and quiet.
There will be reading, and sauntering down the lakeside walk, hiking, biking, leisurely kayaking, shopping, and eating out. Daytime temps will be in the high 60s to 70. My favorite temp --- when the sun is warm, but the breeze is cool!
I've kept the wardrobe simple, but did add a couple of extra pairs of shoes, partly for interest, and partly to help resolve a foot issue I'm dealing with. For around the home, there are woven athleisure pants and swingy tees, with drapey jersey cardis (or denim jacket) for warmth. For time in town, I've packed some printed tops, black crops, and white and blue denim crop flares. A dark denim jacket and unlined chambray blazer made the trip, too. I only packed one dress --- a simple black casual LBD that looks cute with my new block heels and a denim jacket.
