Good morning all. I wrote a super long response to Carla's fitness,health, and wellbeing post last night, and accidentally deleted it! It was too long anyway. Synopsis- I feel better, at least physically, than I have in a long time due to continued regular exercise, decreased alcohol consumption, and nutrition mindfulness.

Just wanted to share a delightful of-these-times experience. My wonderful fitness/yoga instructor delivered her first live, online class at 6:30 a.m.ET this morning via Zoom. It was myofascial release for neck, shoulders, and back and it was such a wonderful and relaxing way to start the day. After the class we all stayed for a few minutes and chatted. There were about 8 people, including a few of us in Maryland, someone in PA who was practicing in front of a beautiful lit fireplace, and 2 people from Germany. Our cats wandered in and out.

I am craving extended human interaction, and this class made me really happy. I so appreciate the power of technology for enabling us to stay connected.
