Shoes of course! I'm looking for a pair of flat (no more than 1") dressy flat ankle boots. I never thought it would be so hard! It seems like most booties have high heels or are rugged. They have to be dressy enough to wear to work and have decent traction for snow. I'd like a dark neutral, black would be fine but something like dark grey, navy or olive would be even better.
These aren't exactly dressy, but would these work under dress pants for smart to business casual?
