I am always pleased with their customer service, but this
was worthy of note.

I returned a jacket to them that didn’t fit. I shipped it on
May 21st, and they still haven’t received it. When I looked up the
tracking code, you could see the Post Office had it, but it hadn’t moved in
weeks.

I contacted Nordstrom as to what to do as I have never had
this happen before with anything I have mailed. The Nordstrom Team simply refunded
me for the jacket and said they would take care of it! I am blown away. No trouble, no hassle, no questions. I am wowed.

This is why I like to spend my shopping dollars with them!
