We've had a lot of discussion about Danier Leather coats and handbags on this thread but I had to start a thread just to say THANKS to Danier.

I've fallen in love with a white leather jacket which I talked about in this thread http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....-of-my-own but it wasn't available in any of the stores. So yesterday on my lunch break I telephoned their toll free Customer Service line to inquire if they had this jacket available anywhere. The very friendly CS agent confirmed that it was available from the Warehouse so I ordered two sizes knowing I can return whichever one doesn't fit to the store close to my home. (I'm assuming, well HOPING really, that one will fit!).

I received an email confirmation from them about two hours later that my order had been processed, received my shipping confirmation this morning and now received a further confirmation that my parcel will be delivered Tuesday, April 2nd.

That quick. That easy. They have AMAZING customer service, both in store and on their toll free line. Danier if you see this I hope you know how much I appreciate your stellar service and that it is no small part of why I continue to buy your products
