Hmmmmm. That's a tough one! I love your harem shorts and I can see why you love them and are thinking of upgrading to the Rick Owens ones. The Rick Owens ones are horribly expensive, though. I would try for a less expensive version. However, my price threshold is lower than yours. So my thought is either 1. find someone to knock you out a duplicate of your current ones in better fabric (maybe one of the amazing seamstresses on the board is willing? You could check on the O.T. board.) or 2. buy the Rick Owens if 1. seems like too much work. The only reason I suggest a duplicate is that you know that the whole shebang with your current ones fits. It is just a matter of better fabric for them. Finding someone to make the knock off and getting fabric, etc., takes time though. For me, time is at a premium, so option 2 is just as legit as option 1 in my mind. Sorry for the rambling. I guess I have a rambling thought process today!
