Yesterday I had a chance to leave my child with my husband and went to the mall for a few hours. Specifically, I was not looking for boots, as I ordered the Frye Veronica Slouch, but when I went into Marshalls, I noticed that beautiful pair of (cognac) boots by Mee Too (don't remember the name but they can be worn 3 ways - scrunched, over the knee and folder under the knee). They are the most comfortable and softest leather and the shiny cognac is sooo cute. There was only 1 pair in my size left, I have no idea how the Frye will fit me. I do have a tall black pair of riding boots by Steve Madden and old pair of caramel color (have some water damage though) by Fly London brand (I guess I should take pictures now). Should I get them and see which ones fit me better? Or *try* to forget and wait for Fryes, hoping they will fit the way I wish them to fit. Decisions, decisions. It's very hard for me to buy boots, I have fussy feet and skinny legs (like 12.5 on a good day), that's why when I see something that fits, I want to go get it RIGHT NOW! What to do?
I know Fryes will last long if well taken care of, even though Me Too ones are 1/2 price of Fryes, I don't know how long the nice leather will look as nice :(. Don't know what to do...
