In my quest for interesting flats I found these tasseled loafers by Acne. They're very expensive, but they're blue glitter. I found them in my size in a store in Seattle. I can't go try them on till this weekend and that's dicey as I'm on call this weekend.
ETA there's also an all black version, but I'd have to order them online.
