Here's my favorite of my white jeans outfits, worn to a zombie movie. Boots, slouchy grey tee and silver belt plus lots of rippage. And that's about the only way I've enjoyed them.
I am not a fan of white jeans. I am a fan of jeans. There is something about white jeans that startles me. I am almost afraid to say that on this forum because so many members are huge fans.
I am sorry that I am not much help except to say there will never be white jeans in my wardrobe.
It's actually a relief to see others that struggle a little bit with white jeans. They're generally so popular on this forum that I feel a little less alone in my mixed feelings towards them. I think they might rank among those things that I like, but in limited quantity/frequency. And yes, I think it's because "crisp and fresh" are not really part of my style persona either. Maybe I need to take scissors and a cheese grater to mine.
I don't know about edgy enough or not, compared to some black ones (as I don't have black jeans, and don't really wear black pants at all) but I just couldn't live without a pair of white jeans anymore....
