Hey ladies

There are two issues - I usually wear skirts above the knee (though not TOO short), since I'm only 5'4'' but this falls just at the knee. Would it make me look shorter? Also, what would you pair with a lace skirt to make semi casual or casual looks?

One of my goals for 2012 is to incorporate more femininity into my style, and what better than a lace skirt to do that right?! Thanks in advance for the help
