Should I duplicate the breton stripe shirt?

I'm wearing the shirt I got today and I really like the fit and the feel of the fabric. It still looks great after the first wash. It was marked down 50% and they still have my size in two different colors, should I get another one? Any if yes, then which one? I'm not sure duplicating in general is such a good idea, but I desperately need more tops!

I love it but I'm not sure I would duplicate it. It's so distinctive that to me it would feel like I was wearing the same thing over and over even if it were in different colors.

I'm with Mary in that it's pretty distinctive and I'm not sure I would duplicate based on that...but wow, I ADORE it in the green stripes! Not very helpful, am I?! LOL!

Thanks christyg. Well, I understand where you two are coming from, but the green stripes are great, you're right. I think I have a bag that's exactly this shade of green!

I think because the other one is so classic looking and these colors are quite different it would be okay to duplicate, also considering the price. I think either color would be good.

ETA: just adding that normally I don't like to duplicate, but all things considered, the sale, needing tops desperately, in this case it seems like it might not be a bad idea.

I actually think the same about duplicating, but you're right that it's a bit different in this case.

I've done it, I've ordered the green one! Not something I want to make a habit of, but I think it's alright in this case.

If I love something I don't mind a couple of duplicates (heck I have three of the LLBEAN striped boatnecks that MaryK recommended!) I really love the green striped one!
