The thing is I pass by and think I'll just pop in. At least I'm going back to work soon so I'll be kept busy.
1. close up of near new leather slides. They are Mi Piaci and retail at $260. I paid $10. I thought at least if I don't wear them that much I will pass them on, but they are actually really comfortable.
2. My outfit to dinner- black country road pants cuffed, David Lawrence shirt.
3. and 2 strands of my mother's pearls. It is the 10 year anniversary of the death of my best friend from high school. We were friends for 25 years until she passed away. I went out with 2 other mutual friends for cocktails, dinner and dessert as well as climbing her favourite hill and reading poetry.
4. This is a leather jacket I picked up. It has a bit of a shiny finish but I like the roughed up look and I had olive for my 2023 colour so couldn't resist it. I have gone off denim jackets and have 2 so thinking of donating one of them now.
5. This is the velvet jacket I picked up. I wanted a velvet jacket to smarten up dressy outfits. . It is zara and is a good fit. Pic of it buttoned.
6. but I think I prefer it opened.

I was complaining before that my wardrobe is too big so I'm thinking of replacing the velvet with a black jacket that I don't wear. Any ideas of how I could style these appreciated.
