According to my knowledge walk or especially morning walk is the best therapy for every age of the person. Every person should do a morning walk, if it is difficult then do it in the evening.
But, if we are talking about the people who are above the age of 40... In many research...If they start the walk at this age they can reduce their blood pressure, prevents diabetes, reduce the risk of a heart attack.

A 40 to 45 minutes walk daily can reduce 300 calories. f you consider it a long walk, so 30 minutes is also a good time.
It also helps to digest your food and prevents you tp many diseases like stomach ulcers which also called "GERD".
