I love it! Does work better if one has a longer leg line. And I would need to wear some kind of sock or hose in my climate. What an amazing bag!!!

I LOVE it. I can't ever find skinnies that fit my calves that well or I'd wear it in a heartbeat. A riff on BF jeans cutted to this length.

I like it too but I do think it can be tricky. I have also seen it with boyfriend style jeans rolled up. Also tricky but can look great.

This works for me, because of how the jeans hug the calf, the neutral color of the bootie, and the height of the bootie. Also helps that she has long legs

I have one pair of petite jeans that I tried with this look (even though I am just 5'3'' I can not typically wear petite pant lengths) and scrapped it right away. That bare leg with my booites didn't look right to my eye at all. I don't hate it on her, and envy her ability to rock this...

Deb, you have long legs and might be able to do it. I think it works partly due to her body type, partly due to the magic of those particular booties (I have a similar pair and find them pretty darned forgiving, even for someone much shorter and ...er....curvier of leg). Partly also due to other proportions in outfit.

I think this is a gorgeous look. IMHO proportions are key here and you may find a little tweaking necessary but I think it is very do-able.

Love the concept and the colors but like you I can't do holes in jeans. The crop above the boot is really cute and because the colors are so soft and soothing it doesn't matter (as it usually does) that there is a gap between the top of the boot and the hem of the pant.

The thing I like about it is that the jean legs aren't long enough to push up the legs creating a lot of scrunch. The leg hangs cleanly, which seems to be lengthening (well that and she has already long legs as others have mentioned).

All I can think of is that in the winter my legs would be freezing! LOL
Looks good on her though.
