As Cathy (cciele) says, I'm utterly wiped out from the weekend...well, better today, having finally caught up on some sleep...but I also wanted to echo all the gratitude she is feeling. It was an amazing weekend full of the excitement of reuniting with the best local women from last time, and the fun of meeting (or meeting up with, on new ground) additional fabbers who were just as fun and kind.

Thanks to Lina and Rae (and others, if I'm leaving names out) for the organizational muscle. And you both have such unique and well-thought-out perspectives for whatever we ended up talking about. Thank you oh so much to charming, inclusive, Vicki for opening up her gorgeous home and making it so welcoming, warm and delicious!

Thanks to Janet for putting up with my beeping iphone in the wee hours. And for adding her own East Coast style and being her cool, humorous down-to-earth self exactly as she is on here.

Thanks to uber-stylish Cathy for finding a jacket for me to try on. I was really touched by that. And oh god, that chocolate was amazing.

Thank you, Claire, for our memorable conversations on the fly...thank you, Marley, for being so fun and sweet. Ditto Julie, whom I now associate with runoff elections and bacon-maple ice cream , Jody (Adelfa), who was interesting and cool and also cheerfully took on some chauffering (dang, am I not spelling that right?) and has killer style I hadn't been aware of.

And Queen of the weekend, for me, was the one and only MaryK, who kept us all in stitches. And we were having some pretty heavy discussions, too.

I will kick myself later if I find out I left anyone out, but I didn't mean to, and trust me that you were also fantastic and made it worth my while to fly out and spend the weekend with!

Hopefully we can repeat next year. I highly recommend!
