Shopping Trip with DD- picture heavy

DD and I had a fun time shopping together yesterday. (Her test went fine, and we will have results back in a week or so).
Here is a pic of her in the equipment that she had to wear for the day (you can't see the, but she has a belly full of sensors that are plugged into that big pack around her waist):

We stopped at Target first, and found matching purple suede Converse One Star sneakers on the clearance rack:

We headed to to mall, and I picked up one of the H&M cardi's that Angie blogged about, and a blouse from Old Navy. They had an extra 30% off of everything at old Navy and dd found a cute T .

The matching purple Converse just sent me into ORBIT.....I'll be back to comment on all your other fab stuff but just wanted to comment that DD is a cutie-pie. Looks as killer in purple as her Mum does :0)

What do you mean you cannot get her to cut her hair Khris? My daughter couldn't stay out of the beauty shop and niether could my grand daughter.

Ooh I have that animal print Sweet Pea top too (except I bought mine for full price, ugh!) I love it, the neckline is super flattering and it's a great layering piece.

When we were on the way home, I asked her is she was glad that the day was finally over (I know I was) and she said "Sort of yes, and sort of no". I think she had fun- oh and Vani I did take her to the chocolate store
That cascading cardi was one that I was trying on (and loved), but they didn't have the size/color that I wanted. She found an xs (juniors) in that teal and I knew I had to get it for her. She has since figured out that it can also be worn tied in front, or wrapped and tied in back.
San she will go to get her hair cut, she just won't allow them to cut it into a real style. She has similar hair to mine- it hangs limp unless it is really cut well or styled a lot. Hers also has a severe tendency to flip up on one side, She won't allow me to style it on a daily basis, so I want her to get it cut in a way that will be cute air dried. Maybe she will let my new stylist do it.
