So far this has been my best travel capsule ever! Mix and match with similar amounts of ‘wear’ opportunities for all the items brought in a carry on size suitcase with enough flexibility for the weather and activities. Today I did a little organizing and set aside Monday’s outfit and Tuesday’s travel clothes. I also put a dress bought this week into rotation (pic #4) - wearing it for a visit to a beautiful botanical garden in downtown Sarasota followed by a casual pizza dinner at a rooftop garden.
I’ve been too busy to do much with my hair and it’s a bit of a bird’s nest. If I was going to be down here for a prolonged period of time I’d have to experiment to find a hair regime that would work for the temps and humidity. Products that work at home aren’t cutting it down here!
Outfit worn in photos below, plus bonus pic #6 a lightweight (100% cotton) chambray dress picked up for $2.50 at a thrift shop. (My SIL is a serious thrifter.)
