Sometimes it pays to wade through the frump. I've been moaning and fretting about managing to up the fabness quotient when the weather turns hot and my life involves less work (I'm on team dressy) and mostly MOTG. I was returning something to Kohl's and, way back in the Croft and Barrow (re: old lady) section, I spied this dress. Soft, knee length, and with POCKETS! I took it into the dressing room, but pretty quickly realized I'd need to size down. Total vanity sizing. Totally working for me! This is a medium, so I'm afraid my petite sisters will have to pass, although I saw some rockin' shorter frocks in the "Elle" section. Please pardon the messy hair and ghastly pale legs! Oh -- and maybe I should look for a cropped jean jacket (although I do love this one).
