The poor retail-deprived Prairie girl hit Calgary 's Chinook Centre today and got into this amount of trouble at J Crew (everything 30% in store plus sale and extra 50% - ridiculous) and Nordstrom. The most trouble occurred at Pottery Barn, and I have to figure out how to transport a massively huge circular serving platter back home on the plane

These silky drapey weird J Crew cropped pants are so fantastic I am wearing them out tonite. (I bought them in black, which is not on the website for some reason) A total fluke- pulled them off of a sale rack and decided to give them a try. Love the length and ease of the cut! Wearing out tonight with the Burberry tank, and a scarf. I'm such an optimist ( and an idiot) that I left home this morning with no toppers packed other than that BR cardi I wore on the plane. It's so warm in Wpg right now and I was a little perturbed to find it only about 18 degrees here. Oh well . I was so disorganized and unprepared for this trip - I really need to get my act together.
