Another night in The Big City, and I managed a couple of hours of shopping. Uniqlo came through beautifully with bottoms that will be alternatives to jeans for the casual lifestyle I will soon lead!
Below are change room pics. I have 30 days to return, but I'm pretty chuffed with my purchases.
#1+2 - high waisted narrow skirt in natural - I plan to wear it as an alternative to shorts (it took all my willpower to not get the Jean version.) They came in navy, olive, and red!
#3+4 - high waist chino wide leg pants in beige - again, I had to exert discipline to walk away from the Jean version. They came in an interesting green too. I'm CRAZY about these pants. They can be styled rolled up or down, and I kind of like the funky look of them let down. I think for me they will work as a trendy statement piece.
Also got the neavy sweater I'm wearing in the pics. I will play more with styling when I get home, but mariner t-'s would work, and Jean toppers (like pic #5)
