I bought a pair of d’orsay strapped heels. After wearing them around, I discovered my arches were sore and, when I looked to see how they were sitting in my shoes, realized that there was no arch support at all. The cut of the shoe didn’t allow it.

Are these salvageable? Does anyone else have the same problem? Thanks.
