I had a super cute (and expensive) pair of yellow patent snakeskin flats that were pretty much unwearable. They were tight around the toes and ball of the foot area. I took them to the cobbler today. It only took them 1/2 hour.
While they're not 8 hours shoes, I was able to wear them on a 12 block walk today.
