Very cute - love that heel - it gives a basic pump some personality. But, if your foot has a narrow heel (for some reason I was thinking that you did) I think you'd walk right out of these, wouldn't you?

I am not really a fan of those kinds of heels except for really artsy styles. I know I am in the minority re: Vogs, though. What color? The copper looks the most modern to me for some reason.

I like the surprise of the heel if the height and fit work. I'd like them in a matte silver metallic for fun, but they have great colors for work. Do fluevogs usually work for you?

Ooh, they're awesome. The metallic bronze ones are to die for. Would that be too out there for work?

Agree with Marley about the narrow heel problem though - I know I wouldn't be able to keep them on my foot.

I like them too! But I'm a little biased since I have a similar pair, although I almost never wear them because I just never reach for pumps. I still keep them just in case.

I am on the fence. I just don't love the heel:) I do realise you have been searching for these shoes for a while so I apologise it you have already considered a wedge heeled pump but I think that is what I would be suggesting. Wedge heel and and similarly pointed toe.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! As for the heel issue, if they were too narrow there you can add a silicone heel grip on the inside of the shoe. I've done that a few times now and works like a charm.

I love them! I've added heel grips to all my pumps because my heels always slip out, so that's not a deal-breaker for me.

I think they're fab, but then I am on a classic court shoe kick these days. Those have a bit more personality than the average pump, what with the interesting heel and pointy toe, but are not so weird that they will draw undue attention to your feet.

I started a thread several months ago about those shoes in the bronze colourway. Did not get them, because I don't need them and would have few occasions to wear them, but I still think they are droolworthy.

They're okay. The heel definitely gives them some much needed personality, but I still think they're a bit plain, if practical. I do love Fluevogs, though—always comfortable!

I love them. I think they are the right height for work. Understated enough for work but with some personality due to the heel. My only question is, how long do you want them to last? If you wear them daily I think they are fine as they will wear out before they date. I have bought interesting heels in the past that have dated the shoe after some time.

I love 'em (and am glad to see Angie gave them a thumbs up too)! I think they have the right balance between personality and formality that you need for your new job. Ultimately, you may be able to branch out a lot, but for now, you need one workhorse that you like. These are them. Perfect for pants. Perfect for skirts. Buy.
