So I got these nude sling back shoes from New look a few months ago (I am thinking around Easter, can't remember!). You have seen them once in my outfits and that's the only one time I wore them (or may be two times!) They were seriously uncomfortable and I couldn't wear them for more than 2 hours.

Today I took them out again to wear and I suddenly (not even sure how!) noticed something very weird about the shoes. The cut of one shoe was different from the other o_O. The difference is not clearly visible which is why I must have missed it when I bought it. I have attached pics for you to see. I thought I had accidentally bought the wrong sizes. But no, they are the same size. If you observe closely, the toe boxes are differently cut. The right shoe has a longer toe box while the left has a smaller one (making way for more toe cleavage).

Now my questions! What can I do about this? I paid about 40$ for this. They are about 4 months old. I plan to take them to the store tomorrow and at least let them know that this was a defective pair, even if I do not get a refund or replacement. Anyone faced this kind of an issue? What to expect?!

Disappointed that it was 40$ wasted and now I would be hunting for nude shoes again. New look shoes can be such a hit and miss! My black ankle strap pumps are workhorses and the most comfortable heels ever. Argh
