Given that I am going a bit shoe crazy off late, I decided to list the colours and styles I already own so that I can make better decisions about what to add in.
Neutral shoes:
1. Nude Clarks oxfords
2. Two toned brown and taupe oxfords
3. Metallic loafers (will need replacing in a few months)
4. Black heeled oxfords (not comfy at all)
5. Black ballet flats (need to be thrown away NOW)
6. Dark brown fleece lined winter boots
Coloured shoes:
1. Red ballet flats
2. Yellow perforated oxfords
3. Rose oxfords
Here are my observations:
I am pretty sure I do not want to add in any heels, unless they are miraculously comfortable.
I definitely need to look out for a metallic shoe, since my thrifted loafers won't last forever.
Do I need more coloured shoes? Maybe not. But I would love to add more.
Do I need to replace my black flats right away? I use them most during tights wearing season, so maybe not? I'm not sure.
I need a pair of leather boots for autumn.
I want to add in a pair of printed or patterned shoes - snakeskin or leopard?
What are your thoughts on my shoe collection? Any advice?
ETA: After some reflection, I think the next two pairs I want to add in, if I can find them in a few weeks are the brown/black snakeskin flats (pic 1) and black oxfordinas (pic 2). If I can find the blue oxfordinas (pic 3), I may skip the black and get those instead.
