Shirts come in different designs and patterns. Not every person is fond of wearing plain shirt. So, what kind of shirts do you like? Or maybe you could share some tips?
I’m a big woven shirt girl and have a large assortment because crisp shirts are a slam dunk for my body type. Simple, complex, plain, patterned, boxy, fluid, classic and fashion forward. Cotton and linen mostly. I wear it all.
I like shirts that have princess seams or darts because they have more structure and just fit better. Most of my shirts are cotton with a few silk button down shirts.
I like cotton poplin shirts with elastane for stretch: they are crisp but also move with you. I like plain white or plain colors, but with interesting cuts. I just do a ShopStyle search for them to see who is carrying them.
I like woven shirts in linen and cotton, but I also like silk and I have some pretty breathable polyester ones I really like- very easy care! Today I’m wearing an older navy silk shirt with little hens all over it.
Are you a shirt designer? (Please consider to put some info your profile. This is a great way of introducing yourself to other forum members and will be appreciated.)
What do YOU refer to by the word "shirts"? To most kinds of tops? Or to button-fronts only?
Katie Daniel hasn’t been on for 2 months. Bernard revived her posts because he loves shirts and has now anonymised himself again. I think essentially Katie Daniel’s 2 posts were spam.
