I add my vote to Bijou being Queen Shine! I am pretty keen on shine myself, often in earrings ( more subtle in the daytime, more sparkly at night), and my regular bronze handbag, and my bronze boots, or patent cobalt boots, or silver blingy sandals in summer, etc.
Often though, my more subdued winter outfits would not have much shine, so I think it varies, for me.
