I'm not sure what the protocol is for starting new food threads, so I hope I'm not stepping on your toes, Runcarla. I just have to share the pizza we made last night. Please add your photos to this thread. I love reading about what everyone is making and eating.

We had a little leftover pork carnitas, not enough for a meal, so I made a Cuban pizza with a Trader Joe's garlic & herb crust, mustard base, about 1.5 cups of shredded carnitas, a big dill pickle sliced as thinly as possible, mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses and pizza spice. Baked it at 475 for 10 minutes and it was fantastic!
