Suz, NOW I get it. Thanks for chiming back in and explaining. Yes. I see your point about a proportionally LONG rise. I think as you mentioned, calf shape has a lot to do with it too. Wearing clams a little longer - like short ankle pants - is a solution.

Ledonna, you look fab in a defined waist. That look works less well for an apple shaped body type though.
Style Fan, I’ll give you a run for your money on the length of your neck (Jackie and unfrumped too). Your long hair instantly gives your long neck structure. It helps a lot actually - and because of that - you don’t need to be as fussy with creating structure on the shoulder neck point.
