Today's purging is a little more ruthless in that these items still fit, are in great condition and look good. So why purge you ask? They don't work with my style any longer and I refuse to stare at them in the closet and feel guilty for not wearing them. I'm the boss of my closet, not my clothes!

In today's pile we have:
- citron green full midi skirt. Tried this a few times and it just never felt like me. Haven't reached for it once since last summer.
- INC Bailey 44esque dress in blues. Although I love the colors this dress was too short right at the beginning. Should have returned it but didn't. I'm keeping the actual Bailey 44 dress as my one body con dress as I like the fit and the length much better.
- white button down shirt. The fabric on this one is just a bit too thin for me. I have the Anne Fontaine double collar and the Nygard front twist white shirts if I'm wanting crisp. Those two are in the probation pile since I have yet to wear either of them.
- my vintage red and white polka dot silky jacket. Loved this piece and wore it a ton. But I'm not into that look these days so passing it on to someone else to wear and enjoy.
- J Crew tweed boxy jacket. Thrifted this in the early spring and have never worn it. Fits great and I adore the colors but just not feeling it.

Dusty Bottom definitely thinks the green skirt should go!

By the way, everything I'm purging these days is going to my local battered womens shelter. These women often need to leave their situation in a hurry and don't have time to pack. The shelter takes clothes to help these women re-enter the work force and start their new lives.

How am I feeling about this undertaking so far? FABULOUS!!!
