My only thought was perhaps the collor sticks out a bit wide over my shoulders what do you think? However this isn't a deal breaker for me unless you all think it looks ridiculous!

The waistcoat is adorable. Love the collar!

However, I do think that a non-welted version would be more flattering. A style that’s semi fitted but does not blouson. Does that make sense?

Ah well it wasn't to be. Funny thing is even pre YLF i always avoided jackets with this sort of elastication, gut instinct i guess.
I'm just hoping more stores start getting them in, all the ones so far are very ridgid and seem to hang funny. I'm keeping well away from Mango and the £65 they have! x

Keep on checking H&M. Pukka shaggy waistcoats have started to surface all over the show at every conceivable price point over here.

Loulou. I have actually seen a shaggy waistcoat in the right cut ( simple, with a removable tie band at the waist) at my local H&M, so it should arrive to yours too.

Tanya i know the one you mean it's gorgeous looking. I tried it on a couple of weeks ago it looked AWFUL on me! I was gutted. It was bulky and not very flexible so everytime i moved it went into weird creases

I love the look on you, Loulou, but agree with Angie and the others- that one wasn't perfect, shape-wise. Remember that it's only September though, so the shops are bound to get more styles like this in the next few months! I will keep my eyes peeled
