It has been a while since my first post. I can report that since going through many of your reports, pics, links and outfits I have managed to make a few purchases... boyfriend jeans check, oxfords check.
I loved Beverly's garden sparkle outfit in this link:

I am not as tall as she is but still went ahead and bought a sequin skirt. I like the idea of comfort and sparkle. The top I am wearing is not the one I would like to match the skirt with. I will use something a bit more fluid.
Questions for you:
Should I keep it?
If so, what shoes should I wear? My feet feel sometimes a bit naked on sandals and prefer more coverage (although I do wear Birkenstocks). Would ballerina flats do?
