Sequin dress and tights?

I'm working on my NYE outfit kindda late, but that's ok. I swapped for a sequin dress which feels a bit bold and glam to me. Ok, it actually feels very bold and glam for me. I've been playing the how-to-accessorize-it game and I'm stuck at tights. I thought the dress was more gold colored, but it's silver. Do any of these combinations work? Is the dress too much? I'm debating whether or not I should I should try to make something else work. It comes down very low and I feel more comfortable with the black cami underneath which I just realized shows because the dress is a racerback. Any ideas on that?

I can't get a sense of how it looks with the jacket based on your picture. Would you be able to try again?

There's something about the dress with the black tights that I like; the tights play down the va-voom of the dress and tie in with the cami. What about doing the black jacket with the tights?

I like it with a black leather jacket and a nude hose. Patterned sheer black hose will also work well I think. The black and grey hose in #3/4 looks too heavy to my eye.
This dress maybe too much glam and bold but hey - this is New Year Eve, just the right time to have some glam!

Given how cold it is most likely to be, I vote for the leather jacket and nude hose.

I like it with the black tights (are those tights in pic #3 or dark black hose/stockings?) - I think it de-bombshells the dress a little and makes it look fun. Did you try the black leather jacket with the black tights? I'd like to see a pic of that.

Do you have hose that are a bit less opaque? I like no. 3 best, but am curious to see it with different tights.
