semi-OT Seattle weather

I hear you, Anna, until last Friday the temps were in the low 50s and below here as well. Not exactly Spring weather. But now the sun is shining and it feels positively Summer-y. So don't despair, the weather can turn around in no time. Not that that's much consolation right now.

It's supposed to take a turn for the better on Thursday or Friday and stay dry and mild for a few days. But I hear you. Yesterday and today feel extra dreary after the gorgeous week that came before.

I can't quite figure out how to dress myself for work this week. I don't want to wear my usual fall/winter rainy day clothes/shoes, but I don't have much that feels springy yet is weather-appropriate. I need a more colorful version of my black trench for days like this. Luckily, I'm working at home today, so I can ignore style altogether. It's chilly in the house so I am wearing a red tunic-length sweatshirt, soft stretchy jeans, and Privo loafers.

Ugggh. I'm right there with you. Well, kinda. A couple hours away, but still suffering through the miserable spitting rain today. Maybe we should all wear our brightest, most tropical feeling, sunshiniest ensembles tomorrow in silent protest of what mother nature is sending our way?

Right there with you. I work very dark colors today and didn't feel very spring-ish, but figured it was ok since spring isn't here yet.

I hear you, Anna. I got super depressed on Sunday when the weather took a turn. I'm also sitting here wearing grey pants, a drab sweater, and a scarf. Yuck.

Yeah, me too (bummed out,depressed, lethargic). At first I thought it was some weird reaction to the eclipse...less sun ya know...but now I realize it's just the overall stinky weather. Brrr.
