This is a faux wrap top from Nordstrom; brand is Nic and Zoe. This type of silhouette is supposed to be flattering on me...for some reason, maybe with the busy pattern, I'm thinking it is magnifying my bust (or at least not minimizing it). Of course, I'm not thrilled with how my belly looks either. Then I thought, maybe as long as I have a topper over it, it could work. So you can see some different looks.

Spankworthy, or not worth getting out the paddle for?

The last pic has me also wearing a new Jag jacket from Nordstrom. I think I will keep it, even though the AE one Angie mentioned looks pretty nice too.

I'm not loving that faux wrap top on you but it looks like it may be too big. Did you try a smaller size? I like the colors.

Hmm. I think it fits well. It may just be that I need solid colors.

I agree with the others that the way it drapes makes it look like it doesn't fit you that well. I'd say pass.

I thought it might be too big because it looks like the shoulder seam hangs off your shoulder a bit. Maybe it's just the photo.

I like the colors in the print, but I agree that the busy-ness of the print and the copious wrapping may be backfiring. It looks better peeking out from under the sweater. Hmmmm. That sweater looks familiar! I like it in this outfit.

Jean jacket: looks good, but not enought angles to tell on the fit. I'm assuming you would roll the sleeves a notch or two. The wash looks nice. I'm off to see your next post!

The jacket looks really nice on you! I agree with other that the wrap top is not right for you. It's probably the way that it's draping. I do like the colors on you, though.

I love it under the jacket and sweater, but maybe it's not quite perfect (or spankworthy?) if it can't quite handle the spotlight on its own? How do you feel in it?

Keep the jacket! and maybe try the top in a solid.

Love the top and think it is very pretty on you. I think you should try the size down if possible. It looks a tad big to my eyes.

I really like the top, actually. It fits very well and looks fab as a layering piece too.

The denim jacket has great potential. Not sure about the size. Did you try a size up?

I like the top on you and the only thing that is bothering me is - maybe - the neckline is too high. I like the denim jacket with it. The cardigan less so - I may be projecting because I have noticed lately that open cardigans look sloppy on me - I am trying to keep things buttoned up so that my torso is not made to appear even wider in proportion to my legs and hips. I hope that is helpful!

I will size up on the jacket if I can...but I think I remember this being the largest size Nordstrom offered (for that brand, anyway). Will have to check. It's a petite, which is more important to me than how big it is overall, if that makes any sense to you. I'm getting tired of having sleeves hanging down past my hands!

Shevia, I had that feeling about the high neckline as well!

I have a feeling that the cardi is not meant to be, but I have to see what everyone says on it in my original post.
