...which is on this weekend is a good place for seeing fashion as well as art. Some really nice summer frocks in interesting shapes on gallerists and visitors.

My favorite pieces so far are by Roxy Paine: http://seattleartfair.com/proj.....6YPTPkrLIU intricately carved wooden dioramas which play with perceptions of space (using foreshortening) and light. They mess with your head in a good way, and create the illusion of glass where there is none.

I didn't catch the artist of this piece below, but loved the color -- there are so many pieces that use color brilliantly, and a lot of integration of technology and LCD screens done in ways I haven't seen before.
