Season's Warmest Greetings to all of you!
I don't celebrate Christmas in any traditional sense, but I do celebrate it in spirit. The end of the year is always such a wonderful time to reflect on all that went by.
2015 was a great year. It was a good year on a personal & professional front, but the fact that I joined YLF and got to *know* so so many of you wonderful ladies was the highlight of my year. Honestly.
I had been reading the blog for over a year before I joined the forum. Infact, I've read a lot of fashion blogs over the years, but Angie & YLF stands out. Once I joined the forum, I instantly felt like I was coming 'home'.....to a place I could belong, a warm place where I could feel safe and become a part of something wonderful.
I had heard of people living a whole other life in the virtual world but couldn't ever understand or imagine it clearly. Then it happened to me, thanks to YLF. I made friends, and I made some very close friends too. My days didn't feel quite so empty...and I didn't feel like I just didn't know anyone who shared my interests. Infact, I now *know* a lot of people here on the forum!
My style evolved, my sense of confidence is at an all-time high, I feel 100% comfortable in my own skin, and I feel like I learn something new every single day at YLF (I'm otherwise easily bored if I don't feel mentally/intellectually stimulated).
All I'm trying to say is - Thank You. Thank you Angie, Greg, Inge and every single one of you. My year has been wonderful and I have a lot to celebrate, all thanks to you all.
I will be traveling starting Monday and wanted to just wish each and every single one of you Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and Happy Holidays.
Hope you all enjoy your parties and celebrate your loved ones. Let the festivities begin!
