Seamless "no show" panties (knickers): Do they exist?

I have never found a pair of panties (knickers to Angie!) that are comfortable and absolutely do not show underneath trousers and yoga pants/ exercise gear. Bikinis usually show a line, so I'm looking for some type of modified brief...maybe with high-cut legs.

Has anyone ever found a style/brand that really doesn't show?

I have these from Soma, and they really don't show:

The only down side is they are microfiber, so not really great for hot weather, but I wear them anyway with my thin and white summer clothing. They get the job done.

I have NOT, so I'll be watching this thread closely. All the ones I've tried (even those recommended by people whose opinions I trust) till show through my trousers. So frustrating.

another vote for SOMA Vanishing edge. I have switched to wearing nothine but these undies..... and they stay put!!!!! no creepy crawly

OK, I'm trying SOMA now! I'm going to out myself here and say that I usually wear a high-cut full out brief with a little shaping power. I usually wear a cami with an built in underwire bra, as well, so I feel like Wonder Woman under my clothes LOL. And when I actually go to the gym? Well, there's always the option to go commando, since washing with every wear is a must under those circumstances. Good luck!

The only ones I've had success with are Hanky Panky boyshorts. (I'm assuming thongs are out, right?)

I have a pair from Triumph that do the job, boy-shorts style and made some kind of a bamboo (and I think modal?) blend. They seem to be smoother than the cotton equivalents (ie no visible wrinkles or whiskers), and the entire absence of side seams and edging seems to work, along with the fuller coverage. Might be worth a shot if you can locate it? (They seemed to have disappeared when I went round for another pair)

Another vote for the Soma microfiber vanishing edge. I have several pairs in a nude color that matches my skin and disapprear under white.. They are comfortable, available in many styles and colors, including boy shorts and they stay put. I hand wash mine every night, hang up and they are dry by morning.

I found the Soma vanishing edge didn't work for me. Too small in the backside. I have a rather *ahem* curvy derrier compared to the rest of my body. I suspect these may work on different body shapes.

I only tried the bikini briefs, and I had to go up one size in them (just fyi).

I wasn't going to go there, but since Enginemom read my mind... I, too, was wondering if some of these cuts just aren't able to handle a well-turned bottom. I've considered curvy-fit jeans and trousers a God-send. Maybe they need to make curvy-fit seamless underwear, too! At least now I've got another brand to try.

The ladies at the Soma shop are very helpful with size. I think some of the fabrications run a bit different from each other. Sizing up is a good idea.

Are boyshorts out? I like the Gilligan O'Malley boyshorts from Target for this purpose.

commando for the truly vpl-free look. hanky panky are same price range, but more durable.
