I've ordered several times from Scarpasa and love their shoes. Everything I have received has been top quality. I ordered 3 pairs of boots this time around. One pair is perfect..the fit, the butter soft leather..a definite keep. Another pair was too big in the calves and the last pair was perfect in every way except for an obvious blemish. I called Scarpasa and explained that I was good with a credit on the boots that were too big but that I wanted a refund for the damaged boots. (None left in my size for exchange,) Without hesitation, CS said they would offer refunds on both boots. If you really want a refund, it couldn't hurt to call and ask. Also, Scarpasa seems to run 30% off sales around holidays..a good time to use credits.
