I'm certainly glad I'm not the last one to know about this! I think there are a few options out there for buckles and straps, including Etsy. I haven't tried any of the others, but I can say that I was very pleased with belts.com.
Joy, it's so funny that you mention having belts in different lengths. My first flower belt was bought to wear at the waist with a dress. I loved it, so I went back to get another one that fit at my hips. At least now I won't have to duplicate belts!
