Sandy asked me to let you know that she is on a good wicket. They ran a PET scan last week and the numbers of the cancer cells have gone down. This means that the cancer has been reduced, and will hopefully continue to die off. They will have even more conclusive results at the beginning of Feb, when Sandy sees her oncologist for the "big appointment".

Sandy is still very tired and weak despite it being many months since chemo and radiation. So she's taking it easy at home in fun lounge clothes with hubs, Tori her doggie, and new grandchild who was born at the start of the year. Her hair is growing back, her appetite is good, and her spirit is as wonderful and as positive as ever.
