I've gotten a running injury in my foot that requires I take a little better care of my feet and use shoes in the house that have arch support. I have only just begun liking shoes and now I'm probably going to have to limit my wearing of flats and flat sandals...Wah!
Anyhow I need a pair of shoes for around the house, preferably sandals now, and probably some kind of shoe in the colder months.
I've looked at some of the Clarks and Taos (at Softmoc here in Canada) and want to be armed with names to look for on my next excursion to the States.
Pictures would be great! Is it possible to not have to wear only good running shoes in the house and on the street?? I can wear cute shoes but only for a limited time and only when this thing (Plantar Fasciitis) isn't flared up.
Bummer cause I'm booked to run my first 10k run in two weeks. I doubt it will be healed by then, (but I'm gonna run anyway and just deal with the pain the next day...Then I'll really rest it...LOL)
