Do any of you wise and stylish women have advice about where to look for sandals with good arch support? I have Birkenstock Gizeh sandals and Vionic flip flops and they have very good arch support but are only suitable for the very casual parts of my life. For work, I have a solution as I prefer more covered footwear in the AC, but "nice" casual sandals are proving elusive. My ideal shoe would be a tan or black strappy sandal with arch support and a 1 inch or less heel and without a cork sole. There are several options with cork soles, but these read "gear" to me.

As context, in the cooler weather I wear an insole or at least an arch support (my favorite:

Pedag Self Adhesive Arch Support Inserts) in all shoes. Sandals are trickier because there is nowhere to secure the insole or arch support, so I think the arch support needs to be already built in? Any and all ideas welcome!
