I went through all my sandals last night (oh my...WAY more pairs than I thought) and tried them all on. There are a few pairs that are now too high for my knee and a few that were never really comfortable to begin with and that I'm no longer willing to suffer with. I have also started to develop a bunion on my left foot (oh joy!) that makes one pair in particular no longer fit right at all. Plus, my style and tastes are changing somewhat and some I'm just not feeling anymore, you know?

I will be keeping:
  • a pair of mid-heel, sling back Clarks black leather
  • orange leather with cork wedge Aerosoles
  • mid heel cream/camel lace up peep toe Aerosoles
  • black higher heeled Fly London (these are pending a comfort test)
I live in sandals from end of May until end of September, especially on the weekends so would like to add one more lower heeled comfortable pair that can be very versatile worn with shorts, skirts/dresses and clams. These are three pair I'm considering and will probably go try them on at lunch time (Canadian Footwear is an excellent retailer of comfortable and better made footwear, is 10 minutes from my work and has a discount agreement with my employer - whoo hoo!).

Would love your feedback on these two options.

http://www.canadianfootwear.co.....eel-64387- I've already seen these in person and they are lovely (also available with a dark turquoise/green strap across the toe). Clarks usually fit me very well and I find are on the wider side which works for my increasingly fussy feet. Are they too dark in color to be versatile?

http://www.canadianfootwear.co.....-B3187-03- Again, Blondo tends to fit me well, although these will depend on how the strap across the toe area works. I like the white straps on it which lightens up the brown.

http://www.canadianfootwear.co.....eel-38845- Silver Clarks for a wee bit of sci-fi. But they may be too dressy for casual weekends with shorts?
